The kebab sauce can be used in all types of kebab (doner, jufka, etc.), or added to pizza or tortillas and other meat dishes.

  • YOGURT,
  • water,
  • refined sunflower oil,
  • modified starch,
  • sugar,
  • alcoholic vinegar,
  • Emulsifier (EGG yolk powder, modified starch (xanthan gum, tara gum), dried glucose syrup),
  • salt,
  • MUSTARD seed,
  • wine vinegar,
  • stabilisers (xanthan gum, guar gum),
  • acidity regulators (lactic acid and citric acid).
  • garlic powder,
  • preservative (potassium sorbate),
  • parsley,
  • spices (containing WHEAT protein),
  • flavouring.
