    Cold sauce made with fresh egg yolks and sunflower oil. It is perfect as a side dish in all kinds of dishes, especially French salad, French fries and other dishes.

    • refined sunflower oil (min. 70%),
    • water,
    • pasteurised EGG yolk (from farming),
    • MUSTARD (water, MUSTARD SEED, alcoholic vinegar, wine vinegar, salt, sugar, spices),
    • acidity regulators (lactic acid and citric acid).
